   The BluStride sole has a 4mm base and 1mm tread. It's thin and flexible to maintain ground contact, yet durable enough for everyday urban wear.
3. Does the BLSN-200 fit wider feet?
   The model has a wide anatomical toe box, but overall the fit is narrow to medium. If you have significantly wider feet, try the BLSN-600+ model with more volume.
4. What size should I choose?
   Measure your foot length and add 5-10mm allowance. You'll find exact internal measurements in the size chart above.
5. How do I care for the trainers to make them last as long as possible?
   Brush off coarse dirt, wipe shoes with a damp cloth and treat them regularly with waterproofing spray. Clean suede and nubuck parts with a special eraser.
