   Yes! Thanks to the flexible sole, spacious toe box and breathable organic cotton lining, you can wear them all day - at work, in the city or on a walk.
2. How thick is the sole?
   The BluStride sole has a 4 mm base and 1 mm tread. It's thin and flexible to maintain ground contact, yet durable enough for everyday city wear.
3. Does the BLSN-200 fit wider feet?
   The model has a wide anatomical toe box, but the overall fit is rather narrow to medium. If you have significantly wider feet, try the BLSN-600+ model with more volume.
4. What size should I choose?
   Measure your foot length and add 5-10 mm allowance. You'll find precise internal measurements in the size chart above.
5. How do I care for the trainers to make them last as long as possible?
   Brush off heavy dirt, wipe shoes with a damp cloth and treat them regularly with waterproofing spray. Clean suede and nubuck areas with a special eraser.
