How credits work

Redeem in the cart

Log in to your account and redeem your credits in the last step of the cart. We deduct them automatically in your currency.

Why you see more credits

The programme started in the Czech Republic, so credits are kept in Czech crowns: 1 credit = 1 CZK ≈ €0.04 (£0.035). The number in your account is therefore higher than their value in euros or pounds – we do the conversion for you.

Loyalty programme rules

So it is clear what works and how.

  • Please log in before you shop. Credits cannot be added retroactively.
  • Credits are added 15 calendar days after the invoice is issued.
  • Credits are valid for 12 months from the day they are added.
  • If you return goods, we deduct the corresponding credits.
  • Discounts and credits cannot be combined unless stated otherwise – the system always picks the better option.
  • The loyalty account is non-transferable and valid only for its owner. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The programme is for consumers, not for business purchases.
  • The operator reserves the right to change the terms and the amount of rewards.
