Measurements are internal, meaning the space inside the shoe. There is no difference in cut, length or width between women's and men's models in the same size.

   Zing have a medium fit. If you have a wider foot, compare the inner width in the chart with the measured width of your foot.
3. What size should I choose?
   Measure your foot length and add 5-10 mm of extra room. Then choose the size according to the inner length in the size chart above.
