Sweet orange is one of the most popular scents for children and adults alike. It relieves cramps and helps with stomach upset and digestive problems, calms restlessness, anxiety and low mood. Compared to bitter orange, it has a more harmonising effect.

How to Use

Add 3-5 drops to water in an aroma lamp or the desired number of drops to a diffuser or inhalation stick. Can also be used for direct inhalation.
