   The BluStride sole has a 4 mm base and 1 mm tread. It's thin and flexible to maintain ground contact, yet durable enough for everyday city wear.
3. Do BLSN-200 fit wider feet?
   The model has a wide anatomically shaped toe box, but overall the fit is narrow to medium. If you have significantly wider feet, try the BLSN-600+ model with more volume.
4. What size should I choose?

5. How should I care for the trainers to make them last as long as possible?
