The BENNON Fjord Barefoot+ O6 ankle boots combine a sporty look with all-weather features. They have a wide toe box for natural toe movement and a higher sole that cushions uneven ground, so you get the freedom of a barefoot shoe without feeling every pebble underfoot.

The waterproof, breathable REGI-TEX® membrane keeps your feet dry in rain and wet grass. The PLUSOR slip-resistant sole grips on wet pavements and forest paths, and the ankle height adds support on uneven surfaces. The all-textile upper in breathable MESH with TPU reinforcements is easy to maintain, so the Fjord suits the city, trips out and work outdoors. How to choose the right size

Measure your foot length and add 5-10 mm of room.

BENNON shoes tend to fit more loosely. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller one.

There is no difference in cut, length or width between women's and men's models in the same size.

How to care for your shoes

• do not use fats or balms on shoes with a membrane, as they could reduce its performance

   They have a wide barefoot toe box and minimal drop, but a deliberately higher, more cushioning sole. They are a compromise between barefoot feel and protection on rough terrain, ideal if a classic barefoot sole is not enough for a whole day outdoors.
2. Who is the Barefoot+ version for?
   For wider feet and anyone who wants a natural stride without feeling every pebble underfoot. The construction is wider than a standard barefoot model.
3. How does the Fjord differ from the Terenno?
   The Fjord has a textile upper and a sportier look, while the Terenno is made of nubuck leather and also offers resistance to cold. Both models share the REGI-TEX® membrane, the PLUSOR sole and the wider Barefoot+ cut.
4. Does the REGI-TEX® membrane keep water out?
   Yes, the membrane is waterproof and breathable. It copes with rain, wet grass and slush. They are not wellies though, so avoid wading through deep water.
5. What terrain are they suitable for?
   The PLUSOR sole has slip-resistant treatment (SR), so it handles the city, forest paths and wet stones. The boots are not insulated, so add warmer socks in freezing weather.
6. Which size should I choose?
