It releases tension, promotes a positive mood and healthy sleep, and has cleansing and anti-inflammatory effects.
It releases tension, encourages playfulness and a positive mood, whilst also bringing inner calm and enhancing healthy sleep. On a physical level, the blend has anti-infectious, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, particularly on the digestive and respiratory systems.
Add 3–5 drops to water in an aroma lamp or the required number of drops to a diffuser or inhalation stick. Can also be used for direct inhalation.
