The BENNON Terenno Barefoot+ O6 ankle boots are built for terrain while letting your feet move naturally. This popular outdoor model now features a wider construction and cushioned sole, so you get toe freedom without feeling every pebble underfoot.

The waterproof, breathable REGI-TEX® membrane keeps your feet dry in rain and wet grass, the anti-slip PLUSOR sole handles mud and wet stones, and the ankle height adds support on uneven ground. Measure your foot and add 5-10 mm extra room.

BENNON boots fit rather generously. If you're between two sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller one.

There is no difference in cut, length or width between women's and men's models in the same size.

How to care for your boots

• always brush off heavy dirt first
• wipe boots with a damp cloth and dry
• do not wash or dry directly near heat sources
• to increase durability, treat regularly with waterproofing spray
• clean nubuck easily with a specialist eraser
• do not use greases or balms on boots with a membrane - they may reduce membrane function
• with proper care, the leather will last a long time

   They have a wide barefoot toe box and minimal drop, but a deliberately thicker, more cushioned sole. They're a compromise between barefoot feel and terrain protection - ideal if a standard barefoot sole isn't enough for you outdoors.
2. Who is the Barefoot+ version for?
   For wider feet and anyone who wants natural stride but doesn't want to feel every pebble underfoot. The construction is wider than a standard barefoot model.
3. Does the REGI-TEX® membrane keep water out?
   Yes, the membrane is waterproof and breathable - it handles rain, wet grass and slushy snow. They're not wellies though, so don't wade through deep water.
4. What terrain are they suited to?
   The PLUSOR sole has aggressive tread and anti-slip treatment (SR), so it handles forest paths, rocks, mud and snowy streets. Thanks to cold insulation (CI), they're suitable for colder months too.
5. What size should I choose?
   Measure your foot and add 5-10 mm extra room, then choose the size according to internal length in the chart. BENNON boots fit rather generously, so between two sizes take the smaller.
6. How do I care for nubuck?
   Clean with a brush, use a nubuck eraser for greasy marks and waterproof regularly. Skip greases and balms - on boots with a membrane they can reduce its function.
