How to choose the right size

Measure your foot and add 5–10 mm of extra room.

BENNON boots tend to run a little large. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller one.

There is no difference in fit, length or width between women's and men's models in the same size.

How to care for your shoes

• always remove coarse dirt with a brush first
• wipe the shoes with a damp cloth and let them dry
• do not wash the shoes and do not dry them near a heat source
• treat them regularly with an impregnation spray to increase durability
• nubuck is easy to clean with a special eraser
• do not use greases or balms on membrane shoes – they could reduce the performance of the membrane
• leather will last a long time with proper care

1. Are these boots really barefoot?
   They have a wide barefoot toe box and a minimal drop, but deliberately a higher, more cushioned outsole. They are a compromise between the barefoot feeling and protection in rough terrain.
2. Who is the Barefoot+ version for?
   For wider feet and for anyone who wants a natural step without feeling every pebble underfoot. The construction is wider than in the standard barefoot model.
3. Does the REGI-TEX® membrane keep water out?
   Yes, the membrane is waterproof and breathable – it handles rain, wet grass and slush. They are not rubber boots, though, so avoid wading through deep water.
4. What terrain are they good for?
   The PLUSOR outsole has a deep tread and slip resistance (SR), so it handles forest paths, rocks, mud and snowy streets. Thanks to cold insulation (CI) they also work in colder months.
5. Which size should I choose?
   Measure your foot, add 5–10 mm and pick the size by the inner length in the chart. BENNON boots run a little large, so between two sizes take the smaller one.
6. How do I care for nubuck?
   Brush off the dirt, use a suede eraser on greasy spots and impregnate regularly. Skip greases and balms – on membrane shoes they can reduce its performance.
