Your shoes have just arrived, but would a smaller or larger size fit you better? Or have you decided on a different model? Simply withdraw from the purchase agreement. It's very easy.

You can return goods purchased from Premium Barefoot without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt. Returns are easy to arrange online. Simply fill in a short form and we'll take care of the rest.

RETURNING BY COURIER

  • Fill in the online form above
  • Pack the goods securely
  • We recommend noting the case number on the parcel (starts with the letter V)
  • Hand the parcel to your chosen courier and send it to the address below
  • We will refund your money to the account provided within 14 days of withdrawal from the purchase agreement

How to return your order:

  • Please return the shoes unworn and in their original box
  • If the goods are damaged, we may claim compensation for the reduction in their value
  • Pack the box inside another parcel to prevent damage
  • Within 14 days of concluding the purchase agreement - from receipt of the parcel
